MVS Fall Coaching Options
The MVS Fall Coaching program will run for 8 weeks starting September 3rd and finish on October 28th. Total cost for the options is either $90 for 1 weekly workout, or $150 for 2 weekly workouts Note: Those that choose either Monday or Tuesday sessions can alter sessions any week without registering for both.
Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners:
Monday Evening "Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners" session
8 weeks (8 sessions)
Fee= $90
Track:
Tuesday Evening Track session
Two Workout Sessions per Week:
Participate at Monday Evening "Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners" session AND Tuesday Track.
8 weeks (16 sessions)
Fee: $150

"Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Runners": Mondays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM September 9 - October 28 Track: Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM September 3 - October 22
