The length of the route is up to the host but should be at least 3 miles. There will not be water on the route so bring your own. We would like to continue the social time post-run, so when considering what to bring to share with the group, please bring low contact food – bananas, sliced banana bread, individually wrapped treats like banana donuts, banana juice. We will not require proof of a vaccination nor proof of a negative COVID test, but if not vaccinated, please use appropriate caution.
