MVS Coaching Programs for Fall 2022
MVS offers two different workout sessions each week from 9/13/2022 to 11/10/2022. In addition to the traditional track interval-style training, we will also offer a "Strength, Mobility, and Balance" program designed to enhance your total athletic performance.
The plan is for track sessions on Tuesday evenings and on Wednesday mornings (8 person sign-up minimum), and Thursday evening Strength-Mobility-Balance training at the Andover Y. MVS members can sign up for 1-session or 2-sessions per week.
