Here are the guidelines – which may change over time:
Runs start at 8 AM. The host may opt to start earlier, especially during hot weather.
The host will set up signs and cones to mark the route.
The length of the route is up to the host but should be at least 3 miles.
There will not be water on the route so bring your own.
As a host, you must be comfortable with having people in your home and allowing them to use a bathroom.
The host will provide coffee post-run.
We would like to continue the social time post-run, so when considering what to bring to share with the group, please bring low contact food – bananas, sliced banana bread, individually wrapped treats like banana donuts, banana juice.
We will not require proof of a vaccination nor proof of a negative COVID test, but if not vaccinated, please use appropriate caution.
